We've Been Panini'd

We'll try anything once....and this was definitely a great try! Our panini maker will definitely be seeing more action in the near future. The Turkey Vegetable Panini was a hit! Thick honey wheat bread loaded with roast turkey, lettuce, provolone and tomato and slathered with pesto mayo..YUM!

Valentine Dinner

Happy Valentine's Day (a day late) from the Mill Creek Gals.

Thank you to all who attended our very first Mill Creek "event". The Valentine Dinner was very well attended and we received some wonderful compliments on the food and service (thanks kids!). If you missed it, please keep an eye out for our next events in the coming months. To make your mouth water a bit we'll share the menu from last night.

Selection of appetizers

Virgin Bloody Mary's, Strawberry Daquiris and Pina Coladas

Fresh spinach salad with mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, slivered almonds and feta, drizzled in our homemade raspberry vinaigrette.

The main course featured a choice of Grilled Bruschetta Chicken or Maple Glazed Stuffed Pork Roast, accompanied by Twice Baked Potatoes and Bacon Wrapped Green Beans in a Sweet Garlic Sauce.

Roll and butter

Desserts included a delicious Rocky Road Tart

Cherry Cheesecake and Boston Cream Pie.
